From the Pulitzer Prize winning play by author Tennessee Williams, director Peppur Chambers takes us back to 1947 New Orleans in dramatic fashion. The play follows Blanche DuBois as she tries to come to grips with a harsh reality coupled with the ongoing struggles of daily life. After moving in with her sister in New Orleans, Blanche is thrust into a life of change that sends her in a downward spiral. The play chronicles the drama that unfolds inside the Kowalski apartment during the summer of 1947.
